The Discovery Call
We jump on a call to see if we click. It’s a no-stress call to get to know you and your project. I’ll ask about your goals, your audience, what’s working (and what’s not), and where you want to take things.
Questions I might throw your way:

- Any competitors you admire or want to stand apart from?
- What are your goals for this project — what does “success” look like?
- Got any inspo you hate or love? Why?
Welcome Aboard
Once the paperwork’s signed, I’ll get you onboarded to your very own Notion client portal. That’s your home base: project overview, file downloads, timeline, task updates, it’s all in there.
Laying the Groundwork
I’ll explore creative directions and build a clear visual concept to align us before diving into design. Think color choices, type vibes, layout sketches, just enough to get us in sync without overdesigning.
Bringing It All Together
Time to bring the vision to life. I’ll design based on the approved direction, with regular updates in the portal so you’re never in the dark.
Feedback Loop
We’ll review, tweak, refine. One (or two) structured feedback rounds to make sure things feel just right.
Offboarding & Handoff
Final files delivered. All assets neatly packaged in your portal, with export-ready formats for print, web, and whatever else you need. I’ll leave you with the tools to launch and thrive, and if you ever need a hand again, you know where to find me.
